Our firm is one of the few certified by Entrustet to guide you through their process to protect your digital assets. Digital assets include emails, photos, music, videos, blogs, social media accounts (such as Facebook, Twitter, and iTunes), and any other digital material or data owned by an individual.  In some cases a client’s digital assets will hold little or no monetary value, but they may hold substantial sentimental value for family members. In other cases the client’s digital assets may hold substantial monetary value and the family may have an interest in recognizing or maintaining that value. Our firm incorporates these digital assets into the estate planning process and uses Entrustet to organize and protect them.
