Demand for trust based planning is up this Spring as empty nesters feel they must complete their estate plans before heading off on the trip of a lifetime to Europe and other far off places. Normally, these empty nesters ready to travel do not start making appointments until late summer or early fall. This year the rush has already started even though the prime travel season is in the fall once families with children head back to school.
