FAQ Friday: What does our office do?

On Friday, March 7th, Attorney, Steve Berger discusses what our firm stands for and what we do.

Our tagline is Wills, Trusts and Probates. Most of our wills are done for parents of young children.

With trusts, we do many of them. The most common is the revocable living trust. It helps you avoid probate and can also assist in tax planning.

We do some irrevocable trust can be done for Medicaid planning.

If you don’t have a Will then we do probate and can also help with non probate assets.

Trust Administration is when someone passes that had a trust. We can help with distributing property and complying with regulations. We also do estate tax returns and will also do a portability. We do deeds as well, into trust or out of it.

We also do some business law.

Our office doesn’t do litigation or other types of the law. We are an estate planning and administration firm.
