FAQ Friday: Personal Property Memorandum's
On Friday, April 14th, Paralegal Arianna Walker discusses our personal property memorandums.
These are not actually legal documents, but we provide them as a way to organize and designate belongings as gifts to specific individuals when you pass. We first provide it along with an example during the review process.
You have the option to start filling it out and bring it with you to your signing appointment. We would be happy to put it together with your estate planning book after your documents are signed. This can be a document you continue to add to or even remove from as tangible personal property changes over time.
If you have any questions about which documents specifically you want to add on this, you can always discuss it during your intake, review, signing appointment or even send an email. We are always here to help and want to make the estate planning process as smooth as possible.
