FAQ Friday: Sabrina on the importance of Trusts

On Friday, January 31st, Sabrina, our in-office paralegal discusses the importance of trusts.

It is so important to create and fund your trust properly. Your home, accounts or even a plane (if you are lucky enough to own one) can go inside the trust.

However, other accounts need to name the trust as a beneficiary or contingent beneficiary.

Remember in the future when making new purchases to always consider your trust.
