FAQ Friday: How does technology help our clients?
On Friday, December 17th at 11 a.m. EST, Mr. Berger discusses the benefits of technology in estate planning.
We have a button you can click on our website that takes you directly to Calendly to book an appointment. It can also be done via email. We also use forms to collect sensitive information, avoiding the mail and handwriting errors.
We also use Wealthcounsel, our documents are always up to date and it helps avoiding make mistakes because if we make one change in one place, it updates all documents across the board.
Clio is also used by our firm. It allows electronic signatures which saves time and the clunkiness of having to print and scan back and forth. Secure messaging to avoid leaked sensitive information is another great benefit of this system.
We are a paperless office, so our old documents are stored in the cloud. This saves time in recalling prior documents and also keeps things organized.
Using technology helps us save time and focus more on the client and their needs.
