Veterans' Benefits

I recently completed my required training to update my certification as Veterans' Administration attorney at a workshop held at the University of Maryland. The keynote speaker at the event was Will Gunn who is the General Counsel for the Department of Veterans Affairs. http://www.va.gov/opa/bios/bio_gunn.asp The administration's goal is eliminate homelessness among veterans by 2015. As a volunteer attorney I will help a Veteran qualify for the benefits they have earned. The qualification also allows me to advise many of my clients on the Veterans' Pension known as Aid and Attendance. The pension can help cover the costs for in home health care or the cost of assisted living. If you served in a time of conflict, and the cost of assistance with daily living activities is consuming your savings, please give me a call to discuss the benefits that you may be eligible for. I am an Air Force veteran and my daughter is serving in the Navy. I feel it is my duty to help those who have served our county.
