Office Update

At the Law Office of Steven M Berger, LLC we care very much about our clients and employees health and safety. We wanted to explain our new office processes for the interim so we can do our part to #flattenthecurve.

Our office is currently closed to the public and open only by appointment until further notice. This is in addition to the measures we put in place last week. These measures were noted in our last blog post, “Health & Safety Notice”.

We can also coordinate remote signing and e-notary if you are unable to leave your house. Initial consultation meetings can be conducted via Go to Meeting and will now be the first option listed when booking your next appointment on Calendly. All forms must be submitted prior to meeting.

Regarding document signing appointments, we can have an on-line meeting to review the documents and share on screen.

Once you are satisfied with your documents, you can schedule a meeting at our office. At the office, the signature pages would all be lined up on the conference table to be signed with a new pen. You would also leave with the pen, then the witnesses sign and the documents are notarized. The final book of documents would be mailed to our clients.
