Trusts are also very important for young children, because certain requests written into a Will that can’t be served without a Trust.
Our office also does Powers of Attorneys which is for when someone is alive and can’t make their own decisions. A guardianship is very expensive so getting a POA is much easier and affordable.
Deeds should be titled in both names when a married couple. It’s important this is done correctly, because a family’s home is usually their largest asset.
We really focus on beneficiary designations and how they are set such as in retirement accounts, bank accounts and more.
There is relief in getting your Estate Planning done and knowing your family is taken care of.
Regarding Advance Health Directives we go through what you are wanting regarding a Living Will and how your medical and life sustaining treatment is addressed.
