Sometimes younger parents don’t think they need estate planning, because they may not have amassed as many assets, however appointing guardians for younger children is a very important step in this process.
A letter of intent to go along with this process that can discuss allergies, personalities and important notes about them. Goals of education and financial goals for what the assets would go towards for their children.
Planning for a young could also mean a more in-depth conversation around pregnancy and whose life should be prioritized in an emergency.
